WebSolution from that thread. Just got done talking with Ubisoft support. You have to upload your cloud save when changing platforms. To do this ... you have to go to "New Game" on the system with the save. Then there is a menu to upload the save to the cloud. After doing this I was able to load the save from the cloud in Stadia.
