WebI use to be normal user premium user normal user etc With premium u get great download speeds normal user is caped to 3 mb. My options are Mod Manager Download and Manual Download. U can allways download with vortex to and no it does not matter if u are normal supporter premium etc u will have access to all files only caped to 3mb speed.
