New parts for those are included in the replacement bearing kit. Here is a photo of the old parts. Nice and rusty. Now, clean out the tub hole thoroughly. I used WD-40 spray and a rag to clean out the hole. WebIf ONLY the O-Ring “tires” are frayed (you will notice a lot of rubber shavings around the motor) then it is likely just the O-Rings you need to replace and not the bearings. To do this you do not need to remove the “third layer” down nor remove the motor. You can change the O-Rings from the top of the shaft.
