To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains. Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains. WebMay 10, 2024 · Line speed - as per earlier suggestion power off all but one device which is using the internet (ideally devices are powered Off not into Standby) and run a speed test. PS4 - power Off the SKY Q box (again Off not into Standby) and ask your son to try playing his game for a bit, then power SKY Q back on and see if that has any effect on the PS4.

The mini does NOT connect to the internet - only the main box does. The mini only connects to the main box via WiFi, ethernet cable or powerline.
