WebOutlands has a custom (IMO much better) map and custom content, but because it emulates the t2a/renaissance era ruleset, it is MUCH closer to the "original" Ultima Online experience than the Official servers (of which only really Atlantic is still alive). Also being the most populated captures the size and scope of late 90s Ultima. WebI'm looking for something with end game progression, similar to UO outlands, but without the forced griefing pvp. I also like dexxers and outland dexxers have to be maxed out to be viable because they've restricted dexxer healing so much. Being a pk in UO should mean sacrificing A LOT. No NPC access, no town access, meaningful skill and stat gain losses from dying, etc. When you have lax PK punishments there is no reason to not pk every person you come across.
